The Brief

Building the digital infrastructure of Nigerian governance

Switch Technologies — the GovTech arm of Greenswitch Innovations — was founded on a single conviction: that Nigerian state governments deserve purpose-built, world-class digital systems, not adapted commercial software or donor-funded workarounds.

Across 2024–2025, Switch Technologies designed and deployed five distinct government platforms across Sokoto and Ondo States — covering investment tracking, citizen grievance management, land administration, PPP disclosure, and investor portfolio management. Each platform was built from the ground up: custom UX, integrated databases, role-based access control, and real-time analytics dashboards.

These are not prototypes. They are live, in-use systems — accessible on official state government domains — actively shaping how Nigerian states manage investment, land, and citizen accountability.
