A full suite of strategic infographics translating the NES #31 Summit's five reform pillars into compelling, shareable visual narratives — for policymakers, investors, and the public.
The Nigerian Economic Summit Group convened NES #31 — "The Reform Imperative: Building a Prosperous and Inclusive Nigeria by 2030" — with an ambitious agenda: five strategic reform pillars, five sectoral priorities, and a national audience that needed to understand and own them.
The challenge wasn't the depth of the analysis. It was making that depth accessible. NESG needed policy documentation to feel like a national conversation — not a government report. GX was brought in to design a visual communication suite that could carry the summit's message into every briefing room, boardroom, and social feed in Nigeria.
The output needed to serve multiple audiences simultaneously: senior policymakers, private sector leaders, development partners, civil society, and the general public — each with different appetites for detail, different reading environments, and different entry points into the material.
Every poster was designed to function independently as a standalone communication — and collectively as a unified visual identity for the summit's reform agenda.
The anchor poster mapping all five reform pillars on a single visual framework — designed for immediate orientation and high-level briefings.
Nine reform interventions visualised across policy coherence, trade reform, AfCFTA operationalisation, PPP frameworks, and digital infrastructure.
Nine fiscal reform pathways — from revenue mobilisation and domestic capital unlocking to blended finance and subnational investment de-risking.
Ten reform mechanisms for aligning institutions, building delivery capability, and embedding evidence-based governance at all levels.
Eight pathways to rebuilding citizen-government trust — from active citizenship and decentralisation to justice reform and multi-stakeholder accountability.
Five critical sectors — Agriculture, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Digital Economy, and Creative Economy — mapped against targeted reform recommendations.
Each poster was built around a central structural metaphor — connected nodes for reform pathways, ascending frameworks for delivery pillars, interconnected hands for social trust — giving each one a distinct visual grammar while maintaining system coherence across the suite.
Typography, iconography, and layout were calibrated for dual use: high-resolution print for summit proceedings, and compressed digital formats for social media distribution across NESG's national audience.
Colour — gold for strategic headings, teal and navy for content hierarchy — was drawn directly from NESG's institutional identity, ensuring every piece felt unmistakably theirs.
All six posters were delivered print-ready and digitally optimised ahead of the October 2025 summit, deployed across proceedings, press kits, and delegate materials.
Five distinct reform pillars and ten+ sectoral recommendations were distilled into visual frameworks that senior policymakers, business leaders, and citizens could all engage with.
Distributed across NESG's digital channels and embedded in the official summit report — reaching Nigeria's policy, business, and development communities simultaneously.
Every piece was calibrated to NESG's institutional identity — gold, teal, and navy — reinforcing the organisation's credibility as Nigeria's foremost economic policy platform.
Each infographic was produced in both high-resolution print format and compressed digital variants — giving NESG maximum flexibility across channels without re-designing.
NES #31 builds on GX's ongoing communications partnership with NESG — a relationship grounded in understanding the organisation's voice, mandate, and national significance.
The infographics gave our summit a visual coherence we hadn't achieved before. Complex reform frameworks became conversations people actually wanted to have.
